All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment partners Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and local courier operations.

Tracking Information

All eligible orders include tracking information. Customers can monitor shipment progress directly through the courier tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If tracking updates require additional time to appear after shipment, this is normal while the carrier scans the package into their system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Beneomale cannot guarantee order modifications once an order has entered processing.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and provide assistance whenever possible.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
